Duties will also include developing and supporting an excellent customer service culture throughout organisation with call handling at the very heart of customer access, developing a customer insight programme and overseeing the management of the complaints handling process. The successful candidate will have experience of market/customer research and statistical analysis/interpretation, excellent influencing skills and experience of introducing and evaluating new initiatives. Experience of call centres, staff management and high level communication skills (including report writing) are essential. Operations Manager (Responsive Repairs and Voids) c. £50,000 pa, plus benefits, Central London Based in the Property Service Department for a medium sized Registered Provider you will manage a £3M budget through a team of surveyors, a quality and performance manager and a repairs contractor, delivering 12,000 repairs and 350 void repairs annually. Senior Surveyor (Responsive Repairs and Voids) c. £35,000 pa, plus benefits, Central London Based in the Property Service Department this is a busy office with varied work. The Senior Surveyor oversees the more complex and high value repairs and supports the work of the surveying team to ensure all repairs are managed efficiently and with customer focus.
