As an adaptable people-focused business, we customise our service to individual needs and back this with an industry-leading guarantee. You choose which basis to recruit on:

  • Contract: directly engaged by you, usually as an employee.
  • Payroll: engaged and paid by us - hourly or daily rate.
  • Interim: covering for a specific role. Interims can be paid through us or directly by you. Often a daily rate limited company contractor, but can be salaried.
  • Consultant: engaged for a specific project, eg preparation for inspection or change management - usually a daily rate limited company contractor.
  • Permanent placement: we attract candidates to the role that are already registered with us; we source additional candidates from our ongoing advertising, through web adverts and our network of contacts – presenting you with those who meet your criteria. This broader method of recruiting often produces results for clients who have not been able to appoint through traditional advertising alone.
  • Recruitment packages: these are negotiable and based on the package required. Options include:
    • agreed advertising coverage
    • search with agreed parameters
    • review/design job descriptions & competencies
    • recruitment administration up to short-listing
    • short-listing meeting
    • presence on interviewing panel
    • psychometric testing
    • central London meeting rooms, with parking
    • referencing
    • results and feedback to all applicants

We have the flexibility to respond to the level of service required by clients and give you personal attention from a senior staff member. The service can be scaled up or down to the level required and includes access to training, administration, testing or meeting resources (we have central London and Nationwide meeting rooms).

With any new vacancy, detailed briefings are taken to define your requirements: it is often beneficial to meet at your office for this. We always communicate as much detail as possible to candidates; they are then fully informed about the job and the work environment.
