Carol Drummond and Tony Clark founded The Housing Executive to focus on recruiting managers and executives in the social housing sector. We have built upon a successful track record as former directors of the longest established housing recruitment company and have been working in the sector for over 15 years.

We offer free advice and support in both CV writing and interview performance and we hope to offer continuing support throughout our candidates’ careers.

What we need from you:

CV by email, post, web or fax
Proof of relevant qualifications
Two work references covering at least the last two years’ work
Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the UK

Discussion & clarification of CV, getting to know your background
Feedback on CV: strengths & weaknesses, points for improvement
Structured interview using behavioural type questions
Constructive interview feedback on each question
Agreeing references
Discussing career interests and potential employers - who is your ideal employer?
Who can we contact on your behalf?
